A Very Montana Christmas + New Year’s

This year’s festivities were extra special because I traveled to Montana to visit my brother and his family (I NOW HAVE A NEPHEW!!!).

convo w/ my bro before the trip (lol)

My family and I flew in on Christmas Day and the festivities began right away!

my sister-in-law is the hostess with the most-ess! she printed out cute photos of us and put them in our room :’)

Every morning we had hot coffee while sitting around and chatting, mindlessly watching “Seinfeld,” or taking turns holding the baby. I have an embarrassing amount of magazines piled up, so I finally got to catch up on The New Yorker. Other times, I just sat on the couch and would ooh and ahh at my cute nephew sleeping so peacefully. He’s an angel! Sometimes, we would bundle up and take a walk around the neighborhood, only to run back inside because 30 degrees Fahrenheit was way too cold for the Californian visitors. Anyways, here were the highlights:

Coffee in the morning with Hunter the cat!

yeah, I’m a cat person / Nordstrom pajamas

Cooking dinner every night:

Exploring different towns:

Sippin’ on cheeky drinks:

Eating caviar like there’s no tomorrow

Dressing up just to party + chill at home

This trip was one for the books! Montana, I SEE YOU and I cannot wait to be back. 😉

Happy New Year’s everyone!
